Penultimate Post
The Awakening is so good, y’all. Even Men’s Rights activists like me my friend Dave love it. He called it “pretty fucking good NGL!” I lamented “[his] use of an abbreviation IRL” and trashed his favorite band — some local punk act, probably. Um, here are some groundbreaking blogs that need to have reports written about them …
adobe slabs - Very minimal and updated about once a month, adobe slabs is marginally good. Solid songs are posted; certain lyrics from the songs are written in chaotic and very pleasing fonts. Follow this blog even though it’s definitely “adobe slats” …
MS Paint album covers - Pretty confident that this is the best blog on Tumblr. Probably. So wonderful. Self-explanatory. [goes on to explain it anyway] Follow the hell out of this blog. Now!
ONLY THE YOUNG DIE YOUNG - Fun blog with great images and songs. The music posts are very cool. Patronize this short-form blog.
Booklover - Every quotation posted here is wonderful. There are beautiful pictures on Booklover, too. Check this blog out. Y’all.
OH, INTERNET! - Quite the site! I enjoy this because I enjoy the Internet, much like you will and do.
Sorry to cut this short, but I need to perform a few crucial tasks. I don’t repeat bros, so check out these other FFs. Be back a little later to tell y’all about a really big project that I’ve been thinking about. See you later! Happy Friday! Bleh-meh-eh!
Download Time
Going to listen to this Delorean album now. I’ll probably end up paying for it later because I love these guys so much, but hey — not like I can wait … eight months is long enough …
Hell Yeah
zenofblogging: I know! I spent last summer listening “Seasun” — now it’s time for Subiza damn it!
“Shelter” - The xx
Anonymous asked: ur icon is creepy.
and the artist name goes before the song
if ur wondering why...
it just is and it just does.
Ha! Can’t tell if this is sarcasm, so I’ll just respond as if you’re legitimately concerned about those two things:
- Maybe I’ll change my icon, but I’m sorry that my 0.001 x 000.1 photo appears [R.I.P. 1825-2010].
- I like putting the title of the song first because it’s, well, the title of the song. But I suppose the artist is usually placed first. Hey — this ain’t no professional blog. I want better complaints!
True That
classyliving: stop creeping all over my Tumblr, creeper.
(Sure: nothing wrong with the words. Just wish they maintained their original meanings! I’m traditional!)
Bullet Points
Come follow me on my inquest via the following:
- Twitter (check my ratio and IRL-quotable tweets)
- Blogger (fictional blog which is essentially one narrative over 56 posts, followed by a fake summary and an unrelated tale)
- Formspring (86 questions is not sufficient, and too many members of the non-Web sector have invaded it)
- Stereogum (feel fancy now that Stereogum has adapted the WordPress platform)
